Online Repeat Prescriptions

Please note that we can only deal with items that are already on your repeat prescriptions slip. In accordance with national guidelines, we are ordinarily only able to issue 28 days' supply of medication each time.

If you have not used this system before please complete the following form so that the drug names and dosages match those on your repeat prescription slip, then change the indicator on the right to show "yes, required" next to each drug. Once you have finished please press the submit button once and you will be taken to a page acknowledging the receipt of your request.

If you have used the system previously, please enter your first name, surname, date of birth and password, and then press the find me button once. If you have entered your details correctly your prescription will be completed automatically for you (simply scroll down once the page has re-loaded). You can then add or remove any medications if necessary. Then indicate in the right hand column which medicines you require for this order. If you do not require one this month because you have a good supply already, it will still appear as an option to order next time. Once you are happy please press the submit button once and you will be taken to a page acknowledging the receipt of your request.
