Appointments
The practice offers both pre-bookable and book on day appointments. Pre-bookable appointments can be booked by any patient up to two weeks in advance and are limited in number to 11 appointments per doctor per full day. This does not include the duty doctor who can not be booked in advance.

All nurses and specialist clinic appointments can be pre-booked.

Please try and avoid phoning between 08.30am and 10.30am for routine enquiries, as this is our busiest time for phone calls.

Home visits
If you think you need a home visit please telephone before 10.30am if possible. This will help the doctors plan their rounds and avoid unnecessary delays. Visits are for those who are housebound or physically unable to go out because of their illness. Whenever possible please try to attend the surgery because only here do we have all the facilities for examining and treating you.

Telephone advice
If you need telephone advice from a doctor, please try to call before 11.00am. A message will be taken by the receptionist and passed to the doctor. The receptionist will offer you an estimated time the doctor is likely to phone you back.
