We are aware that some patients may be experiencing issues since the transition to The Waiting Room 2. If you previously used The Waiting Room you will be able to use the same login details, there should be no need to re-register. It is also recommended that Google Chrome or Firefox are used as the web browser.

Booking On-line - Please be aware that when booking on-line for a GP you will be booking a telephone call back, not an appointment to come in and see the GP. Please also note that the time booked will not correspond to the time you will be called, i.e. if you book a morning slot you will be called at some point that morning.
